Et au fond, je ne suis pas d’accord. Je pense que **le SPOC a un haut potentiel en matière de digital learning**, et l’utiliser à bon escient va nous permettre de l’utiliser à son plein potentiel ! ![AVENT 20.jpg](http://digital-learning.myskillfactory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AVENT%2020.jpg?width=740&height=389&name=AVENT%2020.jpg) Voici mon point de vue. Le SPOC est une déclinaison du MOOC, au coeur duquel se trouve le Social Learning. Alors si vous voulez mettre en place des SPOC, il va falloir vous demander **par** **quel outil le Social Learning va être porté** : votre LMS (si vous en avez une) ? À défaut, le réseau social de votre entreprise ? À défaut encore, une plateforme de formation nouvelle génération ? Selon moi, il y a **3 composantes majeures dans un SPOC** : - le réseau social apprenant - des ressources à consulter, essentiellement des vidéos - des événements collectifs type webinars ou classes virtuelles. Et parce que Thomas et moi sommes exigeants en matière d’efficacité, nous prônons des ressources vidéos de qualité, très courtes et très ciblées, ainsi que des classes virtuelles en petits groupes avec de la pédagogie active. Et pour pouvoir proposer plusieurs dates de classes virtuelles, il vous faudra rassembler au moins une trentaine de participants ; vous pourrez ainsi proposer plusieurs dates pour chaque classe virtuelle.
